Pregnant in Nashville and Needing Resources!

Pregnancy is a joyous time but it can also be very stressful with all that you have to learn and gather for baby. Take a deep breath and relax! There are so many options out there for you.

If you have saved a little for this baby, you might consider buying a preorganized package of support services from a local birth agency like the following link, All you have to do is say, "Yes! I want that!" and the agency will take care of all the rest. It is so easy and simple.

If you only have $100 to spend, you might think about becoming a member of Blissful Birthing. You get to work with a doula to learn, but she does not attend your birth. As a member you get:

  • Meet with a professional birth doula to create a birth plan and learn hands on comfort measures/labor positions/basic newborn care

  • Birth doula contact via email or phone through your 9 months of pregnancy to get all your questions answered

  • Access to Online childbirth class ($100 value)

  • Exclusive dad tips and what to pack in your birth bag

  • Plus, a $50 membership discount applies when you use any other Blissful Birthing services

If your budget is really tight, the next option is to get support from local resources like the following:
