This can help people who want to pay for their training in smaller payments. The class has to be paid for before taking the training.
Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellation Policy Cancellation and Rescheduling If you book a doula training, there will be no refund and you will be switched to the online class. Free Cancellation Window Clients may cancel or reschedule their service free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. To cancel or reschedule, please log into our website and use the appointment booking section. Late Cancellation Fee Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 late cancellation fee. This fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Payment and Enforcement By booking a service, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy. The $25 late cancellation fee will be processed immediately following the missed appointment. Exceptions In cases of documented emergencies, we may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion.
