Class topics are: Changes in labor & delivery practices and new birth options How to help during labor and birth Explanation of your son or daughter's birth plan How to support the family after birth Current guidelines for newborn care & safety Carseat safety and installation Ways to bond with your new grandchild What to expect in the first 3 months postpartum How to support the new parents and their decisions We recommend attending this class between the 32nd and 36th week of pregnancy.
